Warranty
HoldSLR, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for a period of two years from the date of purchase. HoldSLR's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at HoldSLR's option, products, or parts determined by HoldSLR to be defective in materials or workmanship. If the product has been superseded, replacement will be made with a current model of the same quality and equivalent function.
All warranty claims must be made in writing, by mail or e-mail, giving full product details and date of purchase. HoldSLR will then issue a return authorization number and provide the address to return the product. The product must be with the dated sales receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty is given to the original purchaser of the goods only and cannot be assigned, except with the prior written agreement of HoldSLR.
This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by: (1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by anyone other than HoldSLR; (2) physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of, the product or operation thereof in a manner contrary to intended purpose; (3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.
HoldSLR, Inc. shall have no liability or warranty for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use its products, and in all cases our liability is limited strictly to replacement or the value of the product purchased.
Basic Policies
- All transactions on this site are via SSL - a secure form of web transaction that encrypts your personal information over the Internet.
- Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail but some are shipped via UPS Ground.
- Most orders are shipped within one business day.
- Shipping for all Canadian orders is via USPS First Class Mail.
- Shipping for all other International orders is via USPS Express Mail with tracking.
- All products can be returned within 30 days for a refund (less shipping charge)
